A. Ala Sanat — Fine Art, Digital Art & Custom Works
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.
Because Ala Sanat products include:

downloadable content,

bespoke fine-art commissions,

limited-edition pieces prepared individually upon purchase,
they are non-refundable under international consumer law.
Once a purchase is completed, the artwork is considered delivered and owned, and cannot be cancelled or returned.
B. Enigma
All digital services, readings, and energy-based offerings are non-refundable, as these services begin processing immediately after purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
